From time to time, each of us is faced with something, and / or someone, that gives us fear, fear and / or, too much, stress! However, the difference between overall happiness, satisfaction, and control of these feelings, and letting them control you, is often what you do, how you proceed, your attitude and mindset, and whether you are ready, willing, and capable. , proactively, to manage and face your fears! Nobel prize winner, Dr. Hans Selye, studied extensively, the impact of how we handle stress and whether we transform stress into what he termed, as, eustress, or positive, productive and learning steps, because of these. With that in mind, this article will briefly attempt to consider, examine, review, and discuss this component of our lives and how to proceed, move forward, more effectively.

1. Obstacles: problems versus challenges: Faced with an obstacle, do you perceive it as a problem or a challenge? The difference is much more than semantics, but often the difference between our willingness to use it proactively and to move on, move forward, or let it weaken and control us. Consider how you perceive problems and their effect on your thinking, compared to adjusting to perceived challenges.
