  • If you drink alcohol, coffee and tea excessively and suffer from chapped and dry lips, then it is time to reduce your intake.
  • Massage your lips daily with almond oil or olive oil.
  • You can also apply butter or heavy cream before you are going to be daily. This will soften and smooth the lips.
  • If it’s not butter or heavy cream, buy the brand name lip balm and apply it regularly.
  • Do not remove the dry flakes from your lips. But instead, make the granular paste of sugar in olive oil. Massage this on your lips. It will have an exfoliating effect and will remove dead and dry skin.
  • Drink enough water to soften your lips.
  • Take vitamin E supplements if necessary for smooth and supple skin.
  • Try SPF lip balm if you are exposed to UV rays in sunlight for a longer period of time.
  • Honey is the natural moisturizer. You can apply honey to your lips and wash it off after a while with water.
  • Rub the lemon juice to remove the darkness from the lips.
