MLM with the least effort and fast results

MLM networks are looking for opportunities that require the least amount of effort and get the most financial return. It is human nature to “want something for nothing” or to look for an opportunity that seems to have a 100% financial guarantee to sell products or services that everyone needs.

The law of least effort begins with nature, the core. The ebb and flow of nature works with ease and effortlessness. The seasons come and go, seeds are planted and become plants that are harvested, the sun sets and the moon rises… it all happens effortlessly in perfect harmony with the effortless rhythm of nature.

MLM should reflect the same effortless characteristics. Great MLM leaders are joyful, enlightened, and choose to experience the rhythm of nature by letting go of struggles that feel forced and unnatural. MLM leaders feel spontaneous, energized, and rewarded. There are ancient teachings that challenge us to accept ambiguity and uncertainty. However, we want and often demand certainty. In fact, we want to be able to classify ideas and systems into expected results. We want to put everything we are exposed to into categories of good and bad, true and false. Unfortunately, when we fall into these patterns, our MLM business is negatively affected. For example, having the mindset that the only way to get new leads is through cold calling or the best way to sign up a new distributor is through a three-way call. The end result of this mindset is that we limit our potential to any new possibility.

In essence, what we need is flexibility to achieve the unimaginable. Business flexibility is defined as the ability to make any internal changes necessary to respond effectively to the external environment. It is critical for a thriving MLM business to adapt and adjust its methods and processes to capture market response. The reason to be flexible in your network is obvious. The world is changing at a fast pace. The speed with which information is available is astounding. The advancement of technology is accelerating the process and will leave former Network Marketers who are stuck in the “rut” of doing things the way their upline taught them…in the dust! Avoid being silly, just because the upline was successful with specific strategies (building a list of friends, family, and a circle of influence) and methods (home meetings, cold calling, etc.) of lead introduction doesn’t mean that those methods continue to be effective, efficient, or productive today.

The bottom line is that change is inevitable. As successful MLM leaders, flexibility and an optimistic attitude willing to overcome the “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” mentality must be part of daily operation. Today’s MLM leader must always be looking for ways to minimize effort and maximize performance. Leadership requires being aware of what is going on around you and making the necessary adjustments. One way to identify what’s working and what’s not is to listen to the challenges your downline is experiencing. By truly listening and being flexible, the MLM leader can find solutions. Let me give you some examples that you might be hearing from your downline…

-I have exhausted my list of friends, family and circle of influence… now what do I do?

-I have invited everyone I know to meetings at home and no one will come anymore?

-How do I overcome the rejection of people who are not entrepreneurs?

-How do I find people who are looking for a business opportunity and ready to take action?

Once you identify the challenges your downline is experiencing, it’s time to adapt, rethink, and provide solutions to keep up with nature… less effort, better results.

Involve your team in finding solutions, teach them to think outside the box using creativity and innovation. Being creative allows you to think of possibilities. When the MLM team focuses on “what can be done” instead of “this won’t work”… solutions can be found and implemented using the resources at their disposal. Duplicating this flexibility process is critical to long-term residual income retention and success. As an MLM leader, duplicate this with every team member. Yes, because they are valuable to you and your organization, but more importantly because you are now the leader of your own team and you will need these flexibility skills to advance your team’s efforts to achieve results.

Once you reach this location with your network equipment… you will have won the battle. The next step is connecting the team to technology resources to create an endless generation of leads without harassing friends and family. Never let the “old ways” define your reality as you begin to see that through technology there are limitless and endless possibilities with little effort and great return.

Here is financial security!
