SEAT Used – Ecomotive models are better for the environment

SEAT is always striving to produce bigger, better and sportier cars to add to its respected compact range of eager hatchbacks and estate cars. They have recently upgraded some of their existing models to fit into the environmentally friendly ‘Ecomotive’ range. If you intend to buy a new or used SEAT, these are the cars to consider; They save you money while still giving the engine power.

However, if you’re just thinking about cars you may wish to own in the future, then it’s well worth looking at the exciting and varied range of SEAT concept cars they’ve launched in recent years.

It was segment B first because it was introduced sometime soon to compete with the likes of the Peugeot 407 and Ford Mondeo. Aimed at being launched in a functional smart family sedan version, the initial drawings of these designs show something a bit BMW-esque, but with the same SEAT attitude. The hood and front end of the car can be long and defined, with the rear end sleek and, based on the drawings, not unlike the sleek Chrysler Crossfire.

Some much sharper prototypes have been shown at shows around the world this year.

Perhaps the most amazing design was shown at the Frankfurt Motor Show, an event that never stops producing car concepts that shock and amaze the automotive world. The surprise here was a complete break from the SEAT mould. In the same way that the Alhambra model throws a random MPV design into SEAT’s mix, this car could redefine the brand’s reputation primarily for offering nimble, nimble little hatchbacks.

The car itself is called “Tribe”. Showcased in bold mustard yellow, this is a compact SUV design that seems to be full of that distinctive SEAT attitude. From the distinctive and instantly recognizable grille to the sleek lines and huge tires, it blends typical styling in a more exaggerated way: part SUV, part sports car. This combination is unusual, and combined with the state-of-the-art specs that SEAT lists, the end result may be something almost every soccer mom dreams of.

The third concept car is a bit more in line with SEAT’s predictable model. This car, the SportCoupĂ© Bocanegra, follows the same sporting SEAT heritage as all used SEAT models, but with a slight upgrade that points to executive family sedans and a more elegant future to come. The front end of this car is the most distinctive area, partially clad in a dark light section that completely changes the typical shape, making it look even more like a coupe than its curves already had. Marked as a “historic” design for the team, this little car heralds the start of a long line of SEAT concept cars to come.

Overall, the options are varied and suggest that SEAT is planning to move in much more exciting directions, taking a break from the norm to produce something future SEAT owners are sure to love.
