You can walk around your house for thirty minutes every day. And you can also try wearing it this way while doing housework or sitting down to watch TV. After several days, it may feel like your shoes are not as tight as they were a few days ago. Then you can swap out the tube socks for socks without socks. You shouldn’t wear high heels too much if you feel a lot of pain in high heels.

Second, you can soften the inside of your shoes by moistening them. You can use a damp cloth to moisten the shoes. Or you can also choose to use alcohol, which is much better for your shoes. After that, you should put your shoes on when they are wet. And you should walk in the shoes for about twenty-five minutes. Then you can put them in places where there is enough air circulation to make them dry naturally.

Last but not least, you can use some materials to add more traction to your shoes. You can prepare some sandpaper or rough patches to make the sole of your shoes rougher. More often, if your feet are likely to be hurt, you should use some bandages or pads to protect them. You should also remember not to walk too much when wearing high heels.
