After more than four decades of involvement, in almost every aspect of leadership, from identification and qualification to training, development and consulting, to more than a thousand. real and/or potential leaders, I firmly believe, quality, effective leadership, it becomes simpler, to achieve, when/if, we focus on the 5 and essential to be, a true and meaningful leader! The better trained and prepared you are, the more likely you are to effectively perform all the duties and responsibilities of your position. With that in mind, this article will attempt to briefly consider, examine, review, and discuss what this means and represents, and why it is important.

1. Empathy/emphasis: A key component of making a difference, for the better, depends on consistently proceeding with effective listening and engaging in learning from every conversation and experience, with the aim of identifying, constituting, goals, objectives, priorities, and perceptions, and, proceeding, to put your emphasis, where it could make the most difference, for the better. Doing this requires a leader to be much more willing to listen than to talk, which is often a challenge.

two. Energize/ energize: Actual and potential leaders must proceed with a constant energy that energizes others and brings them together for the greater good! Strong leadership, in general, inspires and motivates others and helps them work together in a unifying way.

3. Enrich/ Excellence: You are not truly leading if you accept well enough instead of constantly demanding your highest degree of personal excellence! If you want to lead, rather than just hold a position, you must strive to constantly enrich the organization and its stakeholders every day.

Four. Endurance: When one is elected, selected, and/or promoted to a leadership position, but is not properly prepared, briefed, or participates in a customized leadership training program, when roadblocks arise, as they often do. to do, he perceives them as problems, rather than challenges, to be overcome! We train our participants to understand that it usually takes a lot of persistence and stamina to be a real, effective, and prepared leader.

5. Efforts; effectiveness: Shouldn’t it be one’s aim and goal to proceed with a high degree of preparedness and efficiency? You must be ready, willing, and able to proceed consistently, with considerable effort and focus! Remember, leading is not just about making a change, it’s about making a real difference – for the better!

Are you prepared to emphasize and use the 5 and essential of leadership? Will you be up to the tasks and responsibilities?
